Using Staff and Merchant Portal

Order management is now supported on each eCommerce platform via the admin dashboard – Shopify, Magento2 and Woocommerce. Please refer to the relevant section for each platform for more details.

SMP is an alternative to using the Payment gateway for voids/refunds/captures.

It is highly recommended to choose one method to maintain orders. If the Admin dashboard is used, Merchants no longer need to use SMP.

SMP can still be used to retrieve settlement statements.

Finding the Platform's Order Number#

Magento Merchants#

  1. Login to Magento Admin, the click on Sales
  2. Go to Transactions
  3. Click on the Order you want to view
  4. The Order Number is the Reference No in SMP

Shopify Merchants#

  1. Login to Shopify Admin, the click on Orders
  2. Click on an order to view the order details
  3. Under Timeline, select the line that says “was processed on Latitude Interest Free”

WooCommerce Merchants#

  1. Login to Woo Admin, the click on WooCommerce > Orders

  2. The Order Number is the Reference No in SMP

Finding the Transaction in SMP#

To find an auth/purchase in SMP, use the ‘eSales Voucher’ menu:

  • Transactions can be searched using the transaction’s Order Number. If the length of order number is > 12, the rightmost 12 characters will be seen in SMP
